Calisthenics is in Demand
According to Google Trends term popularity analysis, calisthenics is growing.
Every year there are more people interested in getting into the world of bodyweight training, becoming strong and capable of performing impressive skills like handstand, planche, front lever, or muscle up.

This is good news, both for trainees and coaches. There are more gyms / parks being built, more communities to get into, and more people looking for professional advice.
But, calisthenics a complex discipline, with many individual components.
Most athletes AND coaches don’t know how to program calisthenics training, organize it in a logical, practical and aligned with the current scientific evidence plan that supports development in the safest and most efficient way, and then how to dynamically adjust the variables in that plan. And, if thats you, it is not your fault. Clearly, there is a scarcity of well organized, collective guides on how to program calisthenics training.

Does it Sound Familiar?
If you’ve landed here, it’s likely because one of these scenarios feels familiar:
- You’re a dedicated calisthenics athlete training on your own, but often feel lost about what to focus on. Despite consuming loads of educational content, the more you learn, the more confused you feel about what actually works.
- You’re a seasoned calisthenics athlete who’s hit a plateau. Progress feels frustratingly slow, and while you’re putting in the effort, you’re unsure if you’re on the right path or using the right methods.
- You’re an active or aspiring coach / professional eager to master calisthenics training and programming to better support your clients or patients. But keeping up with the endless stream of new studies and conflicting information on social media feels overwhelming.

If any of this resonates with you, you might be struggling with:
- Overthinking your training: constantly switching between methods, programs, or exercises, unsure what’s best
- Doubts about your efforts: wondering, “Am I doing enough? Am I doing the right thing?”
- Fear of missing out: chasing after every new training trend or technique without clear direction
- Frustrating plateaus: unsure whether to push harder, hold steady, or adjust your approach
- Program design: struggling to create structured, effective programs instead of random combinations of exercises
- Understanding the basics: feeling limited by a lack of foundation in anatomy, biomechanics, and physiology, making advanced concepts harder to grasp
- Information overload: trying to keep up with the ever-changing landscape of training science
- Balancing key training variables: like volume, intensity, and proximity to failure—how they work together, not just in isolation
- Exercise selection: choosing the right exercises, their number and order
- Skill combination: figuring out how to train multiple calisthenics skills at once effectively
- Calisthenics and hypertrophy: building programs that improve skills and builds muscle
- Injuries: dealing with nagging or recurring issues that disrupt your progress and always come back when things start to get better
- Goal setting: defining meaningful, effective goals for your long-term journey
- Periodization and tracking: structuring your training over time and keeping it organized to stay consistent

Imagine Not Having
These Problems
- Clarity in your training - You can break challenges down into first principles, making even the most complex problems manageable. Your training is no longer a guessing game—just clear, actionable steps designed for progress.
- Confidence in your programs - You can predict whether a program is set up for success and have the tools to adapt it when needed. Your training feels purposeful and aligned, not random or ineffective.
- Mastery of the "why" - Every exercise, variable, and progression has a clear purpose. You know exactly how and why each piece fits into the bigger picture, eliminating confusion and guesswork.
- Freedom from information overload - The endless stream of advice, trends, and “secrets” no longer overwhelms you. With a solid foundation, you can critically evaluate new methods and decide what truly works for your goals.
- Positioning as an expert - You stand out not just as a calisthenics professional but as someone who deeply understands the unique needs of various athletes—climbers, break dancers, gymnasts, and more. People trust you to help them achieve their specific goals.
- Sustainable progress - Your training isn’t just effective; it’s enjoyable. You’ve struck the perfect balance between immediate satisfaction and long-term results, making consistent progress feel natural.
- Resilience and adaptability - Plateaus, injuries, or unexpected challenges don’t derail your progress. With a deep understanding of training principles, you can troubleshoot, adapt, and keep moving forward with confidence.

What You Might Have Tried
Already
Without Success
- Consuming Content on Social Media - while there are great content providers online, they always give information in a compartmentalized way. It is a single information, without larger context behind it. And we know, from first hand.
- Reading About Powerlifting Programming - Powerlifting, while being a great source of programming resources can’t be used as staples for creating full calisthenics programs. This is mainly due to the differences in type and variety of exercise selection as well as their measurability.
- Reading About Gymnastics Programming - Gymnastics, while being the background of many calisthenics skills, typically focuses its methods on athletes who start their training at the age of 5 and aim to perform on multiple apparatus at once, which makes it totally different than calisthenics training. On the other hand, advanced methods are for seasoned highly specialized gymnasts
- Reading Studies - while scientific study is the highest quality of resource, it is not the most practical one. Reading just one study will most of the times leave you more confused. Reading many studies and taking the actual actionable steps out of them requires an immense time resources and a lot of specific skills as well as a large base of knowledge.
- Reading Sports Science Books - More condensed sports science literature (like books) is a great resource, but again it is hardly applicable to calisthenics, without a deep understanding of the subjects, allowing someone to transfer this knowledge to bodyweight training.
And maybe you were also thinking, why not to:
- Get a Ready to Use Program
- Get Coaching
While they certainly do work, it really gives you a fish instead of stick. It is great to run a program, but it is typically very short lived, works in a specific time frame and then stops being applicable to your situation.
Coaching on the other hand is a considerable investment, which solves the problem for you, but doesn’t give you the tools to manage your training after you finish (most of the times).
And finally, you probably heard the phrase:
- “Just Keep it Simple”
While there is certainly some truth in that sentence, let’s be honest. You are not here because you want to ignore the problem. Keeping it simple, in a sense of not trying to get better at making training more effective, efficient and aligned with best practices & science can work for some people who are not that serious about it. They are fine with “okay results”.
If this is not you (and we bet that’s the case), this will only mask the problem, and not solve it.

What Is Likely
Blocking You
- You Lack Having Everything in One Place - It would be great to have everything you need in one place, without having to grab bits of information from distinct sources floating online
- You Feel a Barrier of Entry - You often hear educators using complicated language without explanation or referring to concepts that you don’t know when explaining things which makes you feel not advanced enough to learn deeply
- You Lack a Direct Translation to Calisthenics - It would be nice to have the information from sports science or other sports disciplines be translated to calisthenics training which would make it more applicable to your situation
- You Lack Time and Skill to Read Studies Yourself - You would love to have that heavy lifting done for you so you can spend time actually applying that knowledge with clarity and not trying to understand what it means
- You Don’t Know If Information You Consume is Correct - You would love to have confirmation that what you invest time in learning will have an actual impact in your training or coaching
- You Lack Practical Examples / Tools - You would love to have actual templates and examples of application of the concepts, so that you know how theory works in practice
- You Lack Clear Structure - You often hear many interesting concepts and ideas, but there are so many of them that you don’t know which piece fits where. It would be great to have information segregated in a way it builds up on each other with a clear progressive trajectory
- You Lack Nice Visual Presentation - Many of the things you read are very abstract, It would be great to have concepts explained with support of visual elements, like animations or interactive elements and not just text or speech

Yes, the course is designed to cater to individuals of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. The suitability is rather dependent on the level of dedication that the person has to put in time to self-educate on these topics.
How do I access the course after a purchase?
During the purchasing process you will create your Calintellect account. The course materials will be available in the 'My Courses' section when you log in to your account on the Calintellect.com platform.
How is it better than a book?
We don’t state our product is better than books. In the process of course creation, many books have been read as well. The advantage of the course over the book is that the information has a lot of visual and audio backing which promotes understanding. Also, the course being hosted on the Calintellect platform gives us the ability to control updates more frequently and without much resistance. Apart from all that, we still believe that this course presents information that is not yet found in other educational products on the market.
Can I access the course on my mobile device?
Our course platform is fully optimized for mobile devices, allowing you to learn on the go.
What if I have questions or need support during the course?
While Calisthenics Professional in its current form doesn’t offer a dedicated support space, if you have a specific question, simply reach out to our team, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Do you offer refunds?
We don’t offer a refund option, as we can’t control the behavior of the user in the context of capturing the materials and using them outside of our platform. If we change the pricing model in the future, you obviously don’t get any consequences of that.
Is the Calisthenics Professional course certificate accredited?
Since Calisthenics Professional is a new product on the market, we haven't yet applied for accreditation due to time constraints. However, we're actively working on it behind the scenes. That said, our course certificate still holds significant value as a confirmation of your skills as a coach or therapist. It's a niche qualification in the market, and it certainly stands out in the eyes of clients seeking online coaching or employers in training facilities. Just make sure to check the local regulations in your country, as accreditation requirements can vary by region.
How does the certification assessment for the Calisthenics Professional course look like?
The certification assessment consists of 60 single-choice questions, with each question carefully selected from the four foundational modules of the course. A passing score requires correctly answering at least 50% of the questions. If you don’t pass on your first attempt, you can retake the test as many times as you need, with a 1-hour waiting period between attempts.
